Trial of the Triathlon

I had the trial of the Triathlon at Nanyang Technology University in Boon Lay yesterday morning. Before that, i went to the Boon Lay MRT station at around 7am for the breakfast. I expected to meet Louis and Kelvin Siew. But later on, some more guys joined us. Wen Long, Ivy, Melvin, Priscilla, Danny and some more whom i forgot how to spell their names. Around 8am plus, we took the bus no 179 to reach NTU's Sports and Recreation Hub and met more people.

The First Test began.

I was excited at first because my group was ready to leave to cycle around the routine. I followed them as i was supposed to do that. The most difficult journey was the slope. It was very deep that i had put a lot of effort to overcome it. I put all my strength on the petals to cycle. It was really very had but i liked the feeling of being thrilled. Haha... After the journey, i finally reached the starting point with my group.

The Second Test began.

It was same as the first test. Cycling. But before we left, the leader taught us how to use the gears correctly to respond the level of the paths. For example, when we were on the slope, we should change the gears to low level so that we could cycle with ease. When we were on the flat path, we should change the gears to high level so that we could cycle with ease and faster as well. When we came down from the slope, we should use the brakes to control the speed in case the bikes might lose balance when on high speed. This time, it was more difficult because i had exhausted myself from that first test. But i was determined to finish it as soon as possible. And i did it.

The Third Test began.

It could be same as the first and second tests. But we were really exhausted and some of us were in hurry for works and other personal things. We chose running instead. Only Louis, Ronald, Priscilla and i ran over 4.4km. Danny and Ivy joined us as well but they ran over 2.2km. Louis and Ronald ran faster than us. I tried to follow their speed but i was so exhaused and had a slight pain on my chest. On the way back from the bus stop, Priscilla caught up with me because i slowed down so that i could have a chat with her. haha... On the half way, I suddenly had clamp on my left leg. Then, i walked to ease my leg. When i was almost near the starting point, i began to jog. Then when i reached the track and field, i asked my friends to buy some cold drinks for me. But they seemd not to understand because they got me water instead. Then, i ran in high speed around the track for what? LoLz... haha... Yes, i put all my remaining strength in running around the tracks because i wanted to drink since i was so thirsty. So i ran as fast as i could. Finally, it ended.

Then, some of us went around to look for the bathroom. But we could not find it. Then, i asked some passerby for the direction to the bathroom. Finally, i found it and told my friends to come. The bathroom looked really good. Somehoe okay. The other places like Singapore Cricket Club was much better because it got air conditions in the bathrooms. After a nice shower, we went out on the way to Jurong East to grab the bite for the lunch. Afterwards, Wen Long, Kelvin Siew and I went to the MRT station to take the train home. For the rest, they stayed and had a chat.

When i got home, i immediately took a shower and went to the bed. It was four o'clock. I was so exhausted because i did not get any wink of sleep at the night before yesterday.

For the triathlon, i have confidence that i can do it. So i'm determined to train myself a lot to overcome the difficulties especially the stamina levels. It's more likely that i become weary after taking on the swimming and cycling. Too tired to take the final test, running. So i'm really determined to train a lot. (^_^)

That's all for today.

Cheers!~
