A beautiful forest

As I was taking a walk to home under the pleasant light rain today, suddenly I saw a forest in my mind like the picture shown above. I found my ecstasy being perked up. I could smell the natural scent of the leaves.

Then I came across this verse:

"See! The winter is past; the rains are over and gone. Flowers appear on the earth; the season of singing has come, the cooing of doves is heard in our land."

(Song of Solomon 2:11 -12)

"The Lord is good and His love endures forever; His faithfulness continues through all generations." (Psalm 100:5)

Why worry?

"Your Father in Heaven knows that you need all these things. So do not worry about tomorrow; it will have enough worries of its own. There is no need to add to the troubles each day brings." (Matthew 6:32, 34)

"Why are we so sad? Why do we blame God? Evils abound in the world so that the world will fail to seduce us into loving it." - St Augustine

"Don't worry about me no matter what happens in this world. Nothing can happen to me that God doesn't want. And all that He wants, no matter how bad it may appear to us, is really for the best. " - St Thomas More

"Dear one,

When you come to a roadblock of disappointment, remember that it is not your destination.

Through prayer, I will always lead you onward and upward!

-God"

From "Letters to God"

"A piece of advice I have insisted on repeatedly: be cheerful, always cheerful. Sadness is for those who do not consider themselves to be children of God." - St Josemaria Escriva de Balaguer

Your life is a race

Dear Jesus,

Thank you that you come alongside me and run the race with me. Together we will go all the way to victory!

From "Letters to God"

"Let us rid ourselves of everything that gets in the way, and of the sin which holds on to us so tightly, and let us run with determination the race that lies before us. Let us run keep our eyes fixed on Jesus, on whom our faith depends from beginning to end."

(Hebrews 12:1-2)

Who do you want to talk to?

Sometimes when we call a friend,

we get a busy signal.

But with Jesus, the line is always open!

Taken from "Letters to God"

As I read that phrase above, God showed me the verse:

"As Jesus and his disciples went on their way, he came to a village where a woman named Martha welcomed Him in her home. She had a sister named Mary, who sat down at the feet of of the Lord and listen to His teaching. Martha was upset over all the work she had to do, so she came and said, "Lord, don't you care that my sister has left me to do all the work by myself? Tell her to come and help me!" The Lord answered her, "Martha, Martha! You are worried but troubled over so many things, but just one is needed. Mary has chosen the right thing, and it will not be taken away from her."

(Luke 10: 38-42)

~

Dear one,

When you need someone to talk to, talk to Me.

When you need someone to hold you, My Arms are open.

When you need to be reminded of My Love, lsten.

I will speak My Heart to yours.
